The Manhattan diet

In a city where foie gras Burger are de rigueur, cupcake shops are as ubiquitous as Starbucks and after work drinks can easily turn into the night, champagne swigging Affairs - how women manage Manhattan to stay so damn thin?

In her new book, "The Manhattan Diet," is March 27 (Wiley, $24.95), author Eileen as spin off discover the tricks, rules and therapies behind some of the smallest institutions of the city.
