Starr report

TV fans of a certain age, Bensonhurst Brooklyn District conjures all his black and white glory "The Honeymooners" (OK-at least the "classic 39" episodes, which aired from 1955 to 1956, with Jackie Gleason, art Carney, Audrey meadows, and Joyce Randolph).

But Tony Muia hopes that "slice of Brooklyn," a reality show pilot air consecutively follow tomorrow night (10-11 pm) on Travel Channel, another dimension Bensonhurst-- and in fact, that will add whole city.

The pilot has been picked not (yet) as a series, but the episodes of "Anderson" executive producer Terence Noonan, co-produced follow Muia Bensonhurst-based travel company, A slice of Brooklyn bus tours, which he runs with his cousin Paula (he will also advice from three guys, he calls his "consigliere": fat Sal, Frankie pancake and Uncle Louie).

<br />Tony Muia and his family are in reality pilot, "Slice of Brooklyn," air tomorrow night on travel channel featured.

The company shot, local recognition after Muia appearance on the "today show" in the year 2007 back and since then has become a top destination for his pizza tour, neighborhood tour and Christmas lights and cannoli tour became known (start all tours start from Manhattan, by the way).

Noonan says that he has been enabled to Muia by fashion Maven David Evangelista. "David telling me kept I Tony had to meet", says Noonan (which also the TLC hit series "DC Cupcakes"). "Tony showed up in my Office at 11 am with a pizza and... it was like meeting someone from a different time." Tony is so authentic, and I am really attracted the underdogs, and when I started talking to him I realized, this is really a show about a small company that try with these big companies from Manhattan survive [bus trip] tried to put it out of business. "

MUIA, 48, over 20 years in the healthcare industry as a respiratory therapist, and in 2007 he began A slice exclusively for the execution of Brooklyn. His wife, Ronnie, will bear the couple's first child, and Noonan says she was not just excited to move (21st and 7th) from Chelsea to Bay Ridge.

"My ultimate dream tour of Brooklyn is difficult to decide, but is my dream, from the first day, people do not waste money on double-decker buses or disingenuous removed [Brooklyn] city tour of Manhattan, but think of us" says Muia. "The competition is always crazy now... and people are my ideas rip off." "My cousin Paula is smart yet sassy and it is only the two of us - we are caught here of what we are trying to reach, while at the same time, Brooklyn itself is changed between the fronts."

And since this is a reality show, because you see some sparks fly, Noonan says (his Ko producers are Kathleen Minton and Pauline Mason by Brooklyn-based happy OWL media)...

"You'll see when Tony tried to figure out ways to make his business quickly and in the right directions: conflicts within and outside your company-whether that is his 'Consiglieres' send undercover to attract competing bus tours or new ways to make business", he says.

"This is also about the family," he says. "This is not a hipster Williamsburg, Virginia, this is old school." Tony's cousin Paula is the only tours give another person and there are a lot of conflict between her and Tony.

"This is a very accurate picture of the authentic Brooklyn and I think that people will embrace it," he says. "There is a lot of food, cursing and characters."
